At Kids Plan-it, our team of occupational therapists is united by a shared passion for supporting children and their families. Each of our therapists brings their own experience, knowledge, and warmth to the role, creating a supportive environment where children feel safe, understood, and motivated to grow.

Jessica is the founder and director of Kids Plan-it, with a Bachelor of Applied Science (Occupational Therapy) from the University of Sydney, completed in 2009. She opened the doors of Kids Plan-it in 2010, while also working part-time in a paediatric practice in the Blue Mountains. Jessica has always had a passion for working with children, which began during her university years as a swimming teacher and support worker.
Over the years, Jessica’s clinical interests have developed to include supporting children with feeding and eating challenges, as well as those who experience difficulties with emotional regulation and sensory processing. She is also passionate about helping children with specific learning disorders and works closely with schools and preschools to improve their understanding of these issues.
As a mother of two, Jessica brings a personal perspective to her work, enjoying family time at the beach or cruising around Pittwater on weekends. She currently sees clients at the Warriewood clinic on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, and conducts feeding assessments at the Allambie clinic on Fridays.

Chloe completed her Bachelor of Occupational Therapy at the Australian Catholic University. Following this, Chloe began her career at a not-for-profit organisation working with individuals on the autism spectrum. As part of this role, Chloe worked in a multidisciplinary learning support team for an autism specific school, working with students, parents and teachers. Chloe has experience in providing Positive Behaviour Support, focusing on implementing strategies and developing skills to increase the quality of life for individuals and their families. She is interested in many areas, including sensory processing, independence skills, and fine motor skills. Chloe is passionate about building the capacity of families as a whole by ensuring sessions are meaningful for both the child and family.
She currently works Monday – Thursday at our Allambie clinic and Friday at our Warriewood clinic.

Annabelle (Annie) completed a Bachelor of Liberal Arts and Sciences (Psychology major) followed by a Bachelor of Applied Science (Occupational Therapy) at the University of Sydney. Annie has over 7 years’ experience in adult neurological rehabilitation and palliative care. There she was part of a multidisciplinary team helping patients and their families recover from various illnesses including stroke, cancer, and orthopaedic surgery rehabilitation to list just a few. This often meant completing home modifications, equipment prescription and practicing important life skills such as self-care tasks or cooking and community access. Annie has three young children herself. During her maternity leave she made the exciting decision to focus more on paediatrics. She has a special interest in infants and helping children get prepared for school to optimise their learning potential and most importantly for them to have fun.
Annie works part-time on Wednesday – Thursday from the Warriewood clinic.

Grace is a passionate Occupational Therapist who thrives on empowering children to achieve meaningful goals, supporting greater independence and participation across all areas of daily life. A graduate of Australian Catholic University, Grace has developed a strong interest in working with children experiencing social, emotional, and sensory processing challenges. She finds value in providing parents, carers and teachers with empathetic and effective strategies. Grace is committed to delivering therapy that is fun, meaningful, and tailored to each child’s individual needs and interests and she places great importance on helping children transfer the skills they learn in clinic to their everyday environments, whether being at home, at school, and in the community.
Grace works at our Warriewood clinic on Mondays and at our Allambie Heights clinic from Tuesday to Friday.

Hollee completed her Bachelor of Occupational Therapy at the Australian Catholic University. During this time, she worked as a sports coach teaching children aged 2.5 to 17 years. Within this role, she was required to run sports groups and holiday camps, as well as assisting with school pick up. Hollee also volunteered as a teacher’s aide at a primary school, supporting children with disabilities aged 8 – 12. She is passionate about helping children develop the skills they need to foster independence, confidence, and growth. Hollee works at our Allambie clinic on Monday and Friday, and at our Warriewood clinic Tuesday – Thursday.

Donna completed her Bachelors in Occupational Therapy from the University of the Philippines Manila. She is a passionate and experienced paediatric occupational therapist with over 12 years of experience working with children across the Philippines, Qatar, and Australia. She has a strong background in supporting children with ASD, ADHD, DCD, developmental delays, and sensory processing challenges. Donna has a special interest in trauma – sensitive practice and neurodiversity affirming approach where she is committed to creating a safe, supportive environment where children can build resilience and thrive. She values collaborative approach, working closely with families and other professionals to develop individualized therapy plans. Donna is available at the Warriewood clinic part-time from Monday to Wednesday. Donna speaks English and Filipino.

Rianna completed her Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of Santo Tomas in the Philippines. She moved to Australia to pursue a Master’s in Inclusive Education, driven by her passion to support inclusivity in school settings. With two years of experience as a paediatric occupational therapist, Rianna has worked with children with a range of neurodiverse conditions and needs, using emotional regulation strategies, sensory integration approaches, and strengths-based practices. She is passionate about helping children understand and manage their emotions, and she values empathy and compassion in every aspect of her work. Rianna is committed to creating a safe, supportive environment where children can feel seen, heard, and empowered to thrive. Rianna will be working 3 days a week commencing from Term 4, 2025. Rianna speaks English and Filipino.

Camila is part of our Kids Plan It admin team. With years of admin experience, she’s responsible for managing appointments, coordinating with therapists, handling client inquiries and ensuring a smooth experience for families. Camila is also currently studying a Bachelor of Social Science, driven by her passion for helping others, she loves making a difference and connecting with people, whether it’s through her work or in her personal life. Outside of work, Camila loves expressing herself through art, travelling, and spending weekends with family and friends. Fun fact: she can speak Spanish!

Tehama brings years of admin experience to our team, handling everything from scheduling appointments and managing files to coordinating with clients and supporting the clinicians. She uses her skills to ensure everything runs smoothly, allowing the team to focus on what they do best! Tehama also loves working with kids and, as the eldest of six siblings, is no stranger to staying organised and juggling multiple tasks at once. When she’s not working, she enjoys staying active and spending time with her family and friends.
